Arian Asansor Co. was established in 1992 as the first manufacturer of the lift microprocessor control system in Iran. Having enjoyed the cooperation of experienced engineers and experts in electronics, the company owns a considerable portion of the market through production diversity and applying modern sales and marketing techniques and strategies. Underlining the importance of its R&D as the main axis to approach self-sufficiency goals, quality improvement, compliance with global standards such as EN81, and as the first company which could achieve ISO 9001 in quality management has always tried to improve the quality of its elevator control panels.

Research & Development
Unremitting research and development efforts have put Arian Asansor on the path to progress to become an industrial knowledge-based company with numerous registered inventions with the highest required ratings. These inventions have created a platform for the production of new products with unique features and capabilities, the most important ones are reducing energy consumption, increasing safety, and improving running quality.

Manufacturing
Using new methods of manufacturing in order to reduce the cost and delivery time in the case of maintaining the level of quality defined for products in various industries is very common which has always been the special focus of Arian Company. In the production unit, using the fully mechanized SMD production line, all production steps are performed wholly automatically and the error coefficient has reached zero levels which have led to the superior quality of products. Mechanized production of panels using standard methods has increased production capacity and increased product quality. The produced products can compete with foreign products at the international level.

Sales
Arian Asansor Elevator Marketing and Sales Department with short-term and long-term planning and with a thoughtful vision has been able to satisfy customers, as a responsible company in Iran. Due to the current and future needs of customers and with careful planning, the sales department has been able to take steps towards achieving the goals and create a sense of satisfaction and a good memory of the purchase and also establish a strong distribution network by establishing extensive agencies throughout Iran.

After Sale Services
Dear customers, in order to enjoy the benefits of product warranty, receiving installation services, purchasing original spare parts, and receiving expert services and troubleshooting, they also enjoy the support of Arian’s extensive network of after-sales services throughout the country.

CRM
Arian Asansor customers are the most important elements in the service delivery process. With the slogan of “customer representative in the organization”, the CRM department tries to communicate effectively with all groups, understand their issues and needs, and provide their services to them in the shortest possible time. Receiving four statutes of consumer rights shows the importance and position of the customer in this organization.

Test Tower
The first and highest test tower in Iran (Arian Asansor Test Tower) on July 13, 2015, with the presence of Mr. Sadeghi, Head of Mining Industry and Trade Organization, Mr. Bayat, General Director of Standards and Industrial Research of Tehran Province, Mr. Soleimanpour, Governor of Robat Karim, Mr. Sajjadi Head of the Mining Industry and Trade Organization of Robat Karim province, Mr. Valipour, Parand industrial province management and also media members were held at the factory of Arian Asansor Company located in Parand industrial province. The ceremony was attended by Mr. Nikoo Manzari and Mr. Bakhtiari, members of the board, and other managers of the company.
